Last Saturday night at around 1:15am a black pick up truck with a WW reg followed a female resident of Cabinteely home as she drove along Brennanstown Road.

When she pulled into her driveway a man got out of the pick up truck and threw a rock through the passenger window of her car and demanded that she get out of her car and hand over her cash and phone. He then stole her car.

The Gardaí are investigating the incident. The resident was unharmed but as you would expect badly shaken.
