Final approval has been granted for a retail and lesuire development at the Park Carrickmines.

The new 56,000 sq m (600,000 sq ft) development will comprise; retail warehousing, neighbourhood retail, food & beverage outlets, leisure & entertainment space, including a 7-screen cinema, and additional office and multi-family.

The masterplan for the 18-acre site includes the creation of a new architecturally designed public park and direct connectivity to Dublin’s light rail network. The park will be completed to the highest international standards, including landscaped walkways and a Green Roof.
