Permission granted by An Bord Pleanála (on appeal) for the demolition of the existing building at 3 Kilbogget Villas, Cabinteely Village and erection of a part two, part three storey building with the taller element located to the rear, comprising a ground floor retail unit with 3 x 2 bedroom apartments above, internal courtyard, roof terrace, private amenity space provided by balconies, refuse storage, cycle storage and all other ancillary works. A basement is proposed to provide ancillary storage and services to both the retail and residential uses.
