Upon the completion of the Druid’s Glen Road Phase 2 scheme, Lehaunstown
Lane will no longer be a through road from Brennanstown Road direction
except for cyclists and pedestrians.


As a result, vehicles wishing to travel towards Laughanstown Luas stop direction from Brennanstown Road will need to follow the new route along
Brennanstown Road, Johnstown Road, N11 south bound and via the new
junction at N11 onto the Druid’s Glen Road, as shown by the blue arrows on
the map below. Local access to the first 160m section of Lehaunstown Lane
from Brennanstown Road will be maintained.


This modal filter arrangement, approved as part of the Cherrywood Planning
Scheme, came into operation on 27th June 2024
